Medicare Advantage Eligibility (Part C)

To enroll in Medicare Advantage, there are three requirements you must make sure you meet:

• You must be enrolled in both Medicare Part A and Part B
• You must live in the service area for the Medicare Advantage insurance provider
• You must not have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
